Nicole Henderson

Nicole Henderson is the Project Lead for Stanford’s Learning Differences Initiative and the Future of Special Education, where she collaborates with teachers, students, and faculty to bridge research and practice through the Stanford–Santa Clara Research Practice Learning Partnership (RPLP). Passionate about designing inclusive learning experiences, she is dedicated to working alongside educators and communities to create meaningful, student-centered learning environments. Nicole is an experienced educator and learning leader with over 20 years of service in Bay Area schools. She has worked as a Special Education Teacher, Behavior Interventionist, and Professional Learning & Leadership Coach, supporting inclusive and equity-driven practices across elementary and secondary education.
