Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.
Prospect Sierra School does not exclude from participation in, deny the benefits of, or subject any individual to discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin. This policy applies to all programs, services, and facilities, including applications, admissions, and employment.
Prospect Sierra School admits qualified students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, disability, religion, sexual orientation, and gender identity, to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the School. Consistent with its obligations under the law, in the administration of the School’s programs and activities, Prospect Sierra School prohibits unlawful discrimination on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Prospect Sierra School prohibits unlawful harassment including sexual harassment and sexual violence. This policy applies to programs and activities both on and off-campus, including overseas programs.
