Liz Kleinrock

Liz Kleinrock, Director of Equity & Inclusion, joins Prospect Sierra from Washington DC where she recently served as the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Lowell School. Liz is a seasoned K-12 educator and DEIB leader with a deep passion for building identity-affirming school communities. From her early days with AmeriCorps to her recent leadership at Lowell School, Liz has spent her career developing inclusive curricula and supporting teachers in equity-centered practices. Whether collaborating with families or integrating social-emotional learning into the classroom, Liz’s focus remains the same: ensuring every student feels seen and honored. In her free time, Liz enjoys spending time with her partner, cat, and two bunnies, and loves to discuss all things related to food (especially oysters), horror movies, K-pop, sneakers, and fly fishing.
