Emily Schory

Emily Schory, Marketing and Communications Associate, transitioned into her current role after teaching elementary art for 5 years at Prospect Sierra. Prior to PS, Emily taught K-8 art at Kala Art Institute and other independent schools. Emily grew up in Indianapolis and earned her BFA in painting and BA in speech-language pathology at Indiana University, Bloomington before relocating to Berkeley. When she’s not documenting and storytelling for PS, Emily loves exploring the Bay Area’s rich culture and beautiful outdoor spaces with her husband and their baby son.
