Eddie is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience transforming organizations, leading high-performing teams, and solving complex business challenges through a systems-based approach. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he has held roles at startups and Fortune 500 companies like IBM and Wells Fargo. At Wells Fargo, he led teams to develop an ecosystem of tools that supported agile methodologies, strategic planning, and work delivery of over 40,000 globally distributed technologists. Currently at Atlassian as a Global Strategic Solutions and Transformation Executive, Eddie partners with business and technology leaders to solve strategic challenges and provides thought leadership shaping Atlassian product capabilities. In his personal time, he enjoys skiing, cycling, and spending quality time with his family (Cole, 5th and Nayoung, 7th).
