6th Grade-Created Chess Boards
As a way to introduce the tools, materials, and construction possibilities available to them in colab this year, our teacher David challenged his 6th graders to team up and create chess boards. Students cut wood, stacked metal, and used found objects in inventive ways to create one-of-a-kind game pieces. We love the details in their finished work!
