Wendy Horng Brawer

Director of Advancement & Partnerships

Wendy Horng Brawer, Director of Advancement and Partnerships, has been led to many corners of the globe throughout her life, from her birth in Taiwan to stints in Japan, Ecuador and New York City, where she earned an MPA from Columbia University. She is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in educational leadership from the Bay Area Teachers Training Institute/University of the Pacific. Wendy is also a graduate of Seth Godin’s altMBA program, NAIS Fellowship for Aspiring School Heads, volunteers on the Board of enGender, a national organization for gender diverse youth, and is founder and director of 14,000 Hours, a movement to make K-12 education impactful for all children. Wendy enjoys adventuring with her kids, Max (21), Reid (18) and Kaia (14).
