Building a Partnership with Eskaton Seniors
Our 5th graders recently started a community partnership with the residents of Eskaton, a local independent living facility for seniors. They sang a song they had practiced during music class, learned origami from one of the residents, visited with the residents and had pizza and cupcakes together. This is just the beginning and we can’t wait to see the friendships that develop over the course of this year.
