Grandparents and Friends

We treasure the involvement of grandparents and friends in the life of our school community. They give generously in many ways — as guest speakers in the classrooms, drivers on field trips, helpers at school events, and donors to the Annual Fund, endowment funds, and periodic capital campaigns.

Events

We had a wonderful time hosting the many Grandparents and Friends who came to visit our elementary and middle school students on Grandparents and Friends Day 2008! Each year, we hold an open house for our special guests the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Guests spend the afternoon at school, participating in classroom activities and seeing the campus. Our next Grandparents and Friends Day will be Tuesday, November 24, 2009. We look forward to seeing you then!

In addition, grandparents and friends are invited to take part in all other schoolwide events, including our annual benefit for the scholarship endowment, Celebration of the Arts, and periodic science, mathematics, art, and poetry days. Please check our school calendar for more information.
