Upcoming Events:

12/21 Avis Talent Show and Last Day before Winter Break

Homework:

Writing: 15 minutes, 4 nights a week.

Reading Buddies: 20 minutes 4 nights a week + entries in reading log everytime + post-it notes. Use the new Reading Log 2.0

Math: Test corrections, Unit 3 work, Estimation and PS Packet, due Friday.

Humanities:
Typed Sumer paragraphs, due 12/20.
Timelines due 12/20

Wow!! You all were great teachers today!!! Your Sumer projects showed off your creativity and your abilities as researchers. I'm so proud of the great work you did.

Joke of the Day:

An Antartian was taking a tour of a national park. The ranger mentioned to the tour group that dinosaur fossils had been found in the area. The Antartian exclaimed, "Wow. I can't believe the dinosaurs would come this close to the highway!"
