Writing:

Write 15 Minutes 5 nights a week.

Reading Buddies:

Read 15 minutes 5 nights a week.

Bring Reading Buddies books and be prepared for Reading Buddies meetings and discussions every Tuesday and Thursday.


Math:

5 minutes of math facts practice daily.
Estimation, due every Thursday.
Stumper (optional), due whenever you get unstumped.
Problem Solving, due every Monday.

Humanities: *Highlight reading about the Mediteranean and Fertile Crescent, due Monday 12/4.

Grammar:* Finish "What up?" worksheet, for tomorrow.

French: * Review vocab and practice dialogue pg 44, complete exercise 1,2 and 3 on a separate piece of paper pg 45, due Wednesday 11/29.

Spanish: * Go to quita.com to do -ar verb exercises.

Science: Nutrition test, independent study and study guide, due Monday 12/11.

Notes

It just occurred to me we have about four more weeks of school until the winter break. On the one hand I'm amazed by all that we've accomplished together the first semester. On the other hand I think of all that's left to do!! I'm looking forward to the next few weeks. Believe it or not, when school starts again in January it will feel both familiar and entirely new. You'll have changed a lot more in 2 weeks than you thought possible. But I looking forward to exciting work we'll be doing in the spring including more writing, the Greek museum and the Asia festival. Cool!
