We completed our first writing cycle today. We all shared donut holes, juice and fruit, and spent some time hanging out before 4 brave volunteers Stephen, Sylvia, Chloe and Shannon shared their work. I was so amazed by the level of detail and the use of language by our resident authors. I'm looking forward to enjoying the rest of your work. We'll be doing a short writing project before beginning our next cycle about the people and experiences we had at the farms next week.
I heard a silly joke today that I feel I must share:
Q: What do you call a fairy that has not taken a shower?
A: Stinkerbelle.
That's a knee-slapper.
