L: I like it too, okay, what is your favorite subject and why?
K; basically I like electives because you get to choose them
L: cool, now I hear you’re a dancer; do you think there should be a dance program at school (besides the wonderful hip hop we have now?
K; well I think that there should be, so that people can have fun together and get exercise
L: alrighty, what’s your favorite thing about your advisory?
K: you get to become closer to people
L: and finally, what is your favorite thing about prospect sierra?
K: the people
Hi again! Some news..........spirit week will be coming in a few weeks, and the dance should be happening soon, but a little more organization needs to happen for it to really get organized. Oh! And I almost forgot! The store is going to be opening VERY soon, and it will be selling more of your favorite foods from last year, plus some new items that we’re trying out! That’s all for now! Remember to tell your student council reps anything that you think should be brought up in the meeting!
Nice running! Congratulations to Kai W., coming in a solid second! Good job to Ellie, Ocean, Andrew N., Shawn L., Aaron D., and Jake!
"And the Girls East Bay Champion is-" The announcer paused dramaticaly.
"Albany Middle School!" Kai, who had come in second in the race, said with sarcastic enthusiasm.
I nodded grimly. "For, what, the twentieth time in a row?"
The dramatic pause ended. "Albany Middle School!"
A cheer went up. A very loud cheer.
Albany has always had a big cross country team. By big, I mean they have a school bus to take kids to meets. We have plenty of talented athletes at our school, but nobody signs up. Where is our Panther Pride? As a member of the Student Council, I advise you to join a team in the spring. And please join X-country next fall. It's fun and there are very few practices. So, go Panthers and lets win some trophies for the MPR lobby!
