Volunteers Needed! Science and Math Day, May 5

We will need two groups of parent volunteers: activity presenters and helpers. The presenters will be asked to conduct their 1-hour long science or math sessions twice to groups of approximately 12 students. The workshops are scheduled to run 8:50–9:50 a.m. and 10:10–11:10 a.m. Secondly, we will need parents’ help to assist workshop presenters — prepare, set up, and help with the workshops on the day of the celebration. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

We are here to assist you with all of the logistics of planning your successful activity. This includes workshop ideas, activities, planning, materials, and much more. Our students love to learn, and any idea you bring to us will surely be appreciated to the fullest. Please contact Phil Gilsenan for science activities and Debby Roosevelt for math activities.
