Admissions Process

Please complete the Admissions Inquiry Form online or call 510.236.5800 ext. 325 or 324 for more information about elementary school admissions, or 510.528.5800 ext. 230 for middle school.

There are several steps in the admissions process:

August - October 2010

Add your name to our mailing list - contact the school

October 24th (K-4) and November 7th (5-8)

Attend an Information Day for Parents and Guardians grades K – 4. Parents/Guardians and students are invited to attend the Middle School Information Day on November 7th.

November - January 2011

Schedule a school tour of the Elementary campus by calling 510.236.5800 x 325 or x324 or the Middle School campus by calling 510.528.5800 x 230.

Various dates are available starting Wednesday, October 27th- January.

December - January 2011

Ask current teachers to complete confidential recommendation forms

Request release of current school records (for applications for grades 1-8)

Submit a tutition assistance application

Submit an enrollment application as early as possible

Register and take the ISEE www.erbtest.org (entrance exam for middle school admission only)

January - February

Schedule a student visit

March

Decision letters mailed to families
